As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for our clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Perform Routine Maintenance on Residential and Commercial HVAC systems
Diagnosis and Repair: Perform thorough inspections to identify issues in HVAC systems. Repair or replace defective parts as necessary.
Be able to sell new systems and service
Installation and Maintenance: Install new HVAC systems, conduct regular maintenance, and ensure proper functioning of equipment to maximize efficiency and longevity.
Troubleshooting: Analyze system performance using specialized tools to identify and resolve malfunctions or inefficiencies.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, offering guidance on system operation, explaining repairs, and providing recommendations for optimal system performance.
Job Requirements
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environments, and perform duties in confined spaces when necessary.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
Certifications: Relevant Certifications (e.g., EPA 608 certification) and a valid driver’s license.
Monday - Friday + on-call rotation
Overtime if required
