As an HVAC Maintenance Technician at Sunshine Heating & Air Conditioning, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Sell new systems and services
Conducting routine maintenance inspections of HVAC systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Performing preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to extend the lifespan of equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and executing repairs as needed.
Installing new HVAC systems, including wiring and controls, in accordance with established standards and specifications.
Collaborating with other team members to coordinate larger installations or repair projects.
Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, time spent, and services performed.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Monday - Friday + on-call rotation
Overtime (if required)
