Job Responsibilities
Lead on installation of new systems and ductwork
Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats.
Conduct pre-installation inspections and assessments to determine optimal system placement, sizing, and necessary modifications.
Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations on suitable HVAC equipment options.
Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure proper equipment sizing and optimal system performance.
Test installed systems for functionality, adjust settings, and provide guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance.
Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, installation records, and equipment inventory.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in HVAC installation, demonstrating technical expertise and proficiency.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear explanations of installation processes.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Monday - Friday + on-call rotation
