Job Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats.
- Conduct pre-installation inspections and assessments to determine optimal system placement, sizing, and necessary modifications.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations on suitable HVAC equipment options.
- Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure proper equipment sizing and optimal system performance.
- Test installed systems for functionality, adjust settings, and provide guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, installation records, and equipment inventory.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, demonstrating technical expertise and proficiency.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
