All billing is per our flat rate pricing. No guesswork on our repair pricing. You get a firm and upfront price before we do any repairs. With our set diagnostic charge, this includes up to one half hour of troubleshooting so there is no surprise when we write the bill.

Maintenance

We offer commercial clients a custom program to meet their company needs. Give us a call to schedule a free estimate 407-282-6885 and start receiving your discounted repairs, fast service and utility savings now.

We offer residential clients a twice a year program (spring and fall service) and you will receive the same priority service with discounted pricing as our commercial customers.

For those residential customers that don’t want a maintenance agreement, we will service your system for $69.95

Have more than one system?  Add $59.95 for each additional system.

Any repairs, parts, filters and Freon would be billed in addition to the stated service if needed.

All residential system design and sizing is done by our in-house staff using top of the line software for New and Existing home applications.
